Agreement to Recurring Charges
These Subscription and Auto-Renewal Terms apply when you enroll in a Nefense auto-ship, subscription, or other recurring purchase plan. By enrolling, you authorize Nefense and its payment processor to charge the payment method you select for recurring orders until you cancel or the plan otherwise ends.
What We Disclose Before Enrollment
Before you enroll, checkout will disclose the material terms of the plan, including the product or products included, quantity, recurring frequency, recurring price or how the price will be calculated, shipping charges if any, applicable taxes, any introductory or promotional pricing, that the plan continues until canceled, and how to cancel. Those checkout disclosures are part of these Terms.
Billing and Renewal
The first charge is made as disclosed at enrollment. Later charges are made according to the recurring schedule shown for the plan. Unless an enrollment offer expressly states otherwise, there is no minimum term, minimum number of shipments, cancellation fee, or advance-notice requirement imposed on the customer. Taxes and shipping charges may change based on law, address, carrier cost, or plan terms. If Nefense changes the recurring merchandise price or makes another material change that requires advance notice or renewed consent under applicable law, we will provide that notice or obtain that consent before charging the changed amount.
Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring plan online through the account or subscription-management experience when available. You may also contact support@nefense.com for cancellation assistance. Cancellation is not conditioned on giving a reason, speaking with a retention representative, or paying a cancellation fee. Cancellation stops future recurring charges that have not already been processed. An order already processed for shipment may continue as an ordinary order and is then governed by the Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable law. We will provide cancellation confirmation or another record of the cancellation.
Skipping or Changing a Plan
If the plan-management tools offer the option, you may change the quantity, frequency, shipping address, payment method, next shipment date, or skip a future shipment. A change must be completed before the applicable order is processed to affect that cycle. The account interface will show the current plan terms.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, we may notify you and retry the payment a reasonable number of times. We do not ship an unpaid recurring order and treat a failed payment as consumer debt solely because the plan attempted to renew. We may pause or cancel the plan if payment cannot be completed.
Renewal and Reminder Notices
We will provide renewal confirmations, reminders, price-change notices, and other recurring-plan communications when required by applicable law or when described at enrollment. These service messages may be sent even if you have opted out of marketing email.
Promotional Pricing
If a plan begins with a free trial, introductory discount, or promotional price, the offer will disclose the amount and timing of the regular recurring charge before enrollment. A promotional discount may end when the plan ends and may not be available if the customer later reenrolls.
Returns and Refunds
Cancellation governs future plan activity; it does not itself return a shipment that has already been delivered. Returns, defects, damaged shipments, and refunds are governed by the Returns and Refunds Policy and applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms for future enrollments. For an existing plan, we will not impose a material adverse change to recurring price, frequency, or cancellation rights without the notice or consent required by applicable law.
