Reviews and User Content Policy

1Verified Reviews

Nefense may invite customers who purchased a product directly from us to submit a review associated with that purchase. A verified-purchase label means that our records link the review to a purchase; it does not mean Nefense endorses the review or independently verifies every statement in it.

2Honest Reviews

We welcome favorable and unfavorable reviews. Nefense does not require a positive review, suppress a review merely because it is negative, or condition a refund, replacement, discount, or customer-service resolution on changing or removing a truthful negative review. We do not create fake customer reviews, purchase fake reviews, or knowingly publish reviews that falsely claim an experience with a product.

3Moderation

Reviews may be moderated before or after publication. We may reject, edit only for formatting where appropriate, or remove content that:

• is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent;
• contains another person's private information or identifies an employee or customer inappropriately;
• is spam, advertising, irrelevant to the product or purchase experience, or a duplicate submission;
• infringes intellectual property or other rights;
• contains undisclosed commercial promotion or a material relationship that should be disclosed;
• includes content that we are legally prohibited from publishing, including unsupported or unlawful product claims; or
• is generated or submitted in a manner that misrepresents a genuine customer experience. A low star rating, criticism of Nefense, or dissatisfaction with a product is not by itself a reason for removal.

4Incentives and Insider Reviews

Nefense does not currently require or purchase positive reviews. If we offer an incentive for a review in the future, the incentive will not be conditioned on positive or negative sentiment and any disclosure required by law will be made clearly and conspicuously. Employees, owners, family members, agents, influencers, or others with a material connection to Nefense must disclose that connection when submitting or appearing in a review or testimonial.

5Safety Information in Reviews

If a review reports an injury, adverse reaction, contamination, or other potential safety issue, Nefense may treat the information as a safety report in addition to deciding whether the review itself complies with this Policy. The safety concern may be investigated even if the public review is later edited or removed. For urgent safety concerns, contact support@nefense.com directly rather than relying on a review submission.

6Your Content and License

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content for publication on nefense.com, you grant Nefense a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and promote the Nefense website and product pages. If we want to use a customer's identifiable review or image in a separate paid advertisement, packaging campaign, or materially different promotional context, we may seek additional permission when appropriate or required by law.

7Your Responsibilities

Submit only content that is truthful, based on your genuine experience, and that you have the right to provide. Do not disclose confidential information or another person's personal information. Reviews are public and may be indexed or copied by third parties.

8Editing or Removing Your Review

You may ask us to correct account attribution, edit, or remove a review by contacting support@nefense.com and identifying the order and product. We may retain a nonpublic compliance record of the original submission, moderation decision, or safety report when reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance, product safety, or recordkeeping.
