Security Reports

Good-faith reports about a potential security vulnerability may be sent to support@nefense.com with the subject line 'Security Report.' Do not intentionally access, retain, alter, or disclose another person's data; disrupt the service; or test systems that are not owned or controlled by Nefense. We appreciate responsible reports and will evaluate them in good faith.

Requests from law enforcement or parties to litigation should be sent to the Legal Notices address and should include valid legal process where required. Nefense may object to requests that are invalid, unclear, or overbroad and may notify affected customers when legally permitted.

Governing Terms

Use of the website and purchases from Nefense are governed by the Terms of Use and Sale and the applicable policies published on nefense.com. If a legal notice conflicts with a mandatory rule of law, the mandatory rule controls.
