Scope
This Cookie and Tracking Notice explains how Nefense Professional Corporation uses cookies and similar technologies on nefense.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information more generally.
What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
Cookies are small data files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, and software development tools that can remember preferences, measure site activity, secure transactions, or support advertising. Some technologies are set by Nefense and others are operated by service providers.
Categories We Use
- Strictly necessary technologies. These support functions such as security, fraud prevention, checkout, authentication, account sessions, shopping-cart continuity, and consent preferences. The site may not function correctly without them.
- Functional technologies. These remember optional preferences and improve convenience, such as saved settings or interface choices.
- Analytics technologies. These help us understand how visitors use the site, evaluate site performance, diagnose problems, and improve navigation and checkout.
- Advertising technologies. Where permitted by law and by the privacy choices presented to you, we may use technologies from advertising partners, including Google and Meta, to measure advertising performance and support advertising audiences.
Advertising Choices
Non-essential advertising technologies are controlled through the privacy choices made available on the site where required. If you decline or withdraw consent, we will not intentionally load technologies that require that consent. You may reopen the site's privacy choices at any time to change your selection. Nefense does not use consumer health data or health-related inferences derived from a consumer's retail activity for targeted advertising. Our separate Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice explains that commitment.
Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
Nefense does not sell personal information for money. Certain disclosures to advertising partners can be treated as 'sale,' 'sharing,' or 'targeted advertising' under some state privacy laws even when no money is exchanged. Where those laws apply, we provide the required opt-out or consent mechanism and honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where required.
Browser and Device Controls
Most browsers allow you to delete or block cookies, limit third-party cookies, or use private browsing. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent sign-in, checkout, or other core functions. Browser settings operate independently from the choices offered on our site.
Third-Party Services
Third-party providers may process information under their own privacy terms when their technologies are enabled. The providers we use may change as our systems change. We will update this notice when a change materially affects the categories of tracking described here or the choices available to consumers.
