Nefense Professional Corporation
Warranty Policy
What we promise about the condition of what we send you, how long a consumable and a reusable item are each covered, how a manufacturer's warranty works alongside ours, and how to make a claim. It does not shorten the rights your state gives you.

1What this document is
This is the warranty that comes with anything you buy from Nefense Professional Corporation. It says what we promise about the product itself, for how long, and what to do when something is wrong with it.
It sits next to two other documents. The Returns and Refunds Policy covers returning something and getting your money back. The Shipping Policy covers a parcel that is late or never turns up. If you are not sure which one you need, write to us and we will sort it out from your side of it rather than making you choose.
This warranty does not tell you what a product will do for you. Nothing here is a promise about a health outcome, and nothing here is advice. If you have a health concern, talk to a health care professional you trust.
2What we promise about what arrives
When your order arrives it should be exactly what you bought, all of it, sealed, undamaged and usable. If it is not, that is ours to put right, whoever made it.
- The right item. The right product, in the right size or strength, in the quantity you paid for.
- Complete. Nothing missing. Not from the order, and not from inside the package either.
- Sound and sealed. Not cracked, not leaking, not crushed, and with the tamper seal intact. A bottle that arrives unsealed is not something you should use, and you do not have to.
- In date. Within its printed shelf life, with a sensible amount of that life still left when it reaches you. Something that arrives at or almost at its date is a fault on arrival, not bad luck.
- Not defective. Free of a fault in how it was made or in the material it was made from. A pump that will not spray, a cap that will not seal, a seam that splits the first time you use it.
Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it. You tell us which you would rather have. When the cause is ours you pay nothing, including nothing for shipping in either direction.
3How long each kind of product is covered
- A consumable
- Something you use up. A nasal spray, a rinse, a saline solution, a refill. You buy it in order to use it, and using it is the whole point of it.
A consumable is warranted for the condition it arrives in, and for its printed shelf life when you have stored it the way the label says. It is not warranted to last beyond that, and a bottle you have finished is not a defective bottle. If it stops behaving the way it should before its date and you stored it as the label says, tell us and we will replace it.
- A reusable item
- Something you keep and use again. A nasal dilator, a case, a dispenser, a cleaning tool.
A reusable item is warranted against a fault in how it was made, or in the material it was made from, for 90 days from the day it is delivered. That means a fault showing up in ordinary use: a seam that splits, a part that will not hold its shape, a hinge that gives way.
Ninety days is our own floor. It is not a limit on the law, and a fault that was in the item when you bought it does not stop being a fault on day 91. Section 8 says what happens then.
4Products another company makes
We sell some products of our own and some that another company manufactures. Where another company made it, that company often gives its own warranty, and it may be longer or broader than ours.
Both apply. Theirs does not replace ours, ours does not shorten theirs, and you do not have to work out which one to use. Come to us first.
If the right route really is a claim on the manufacturer, we do not hand you a phone number and close the conversation. We tell you what their warranty covers as far as we know it, we give you the purchase details they will ask for, including the date, the product, the model or size and the lot code, and we introduce you. If they will not deal with you, and the problem is one of the things in section 2, our own promise still stands and we handle it ourselves.
5How to make a claim
Write to support@nefense.com and put the word Warranty in the subject line. Three things help us fix it in one exchange rather than four.
- Your order number. It is on your confirmation email. If you cannot find it, the email address you ordered with and roughly when you ordered is enough for us to find the order.
- A photograph. One where the problem can be seen: the crack, the leak, the broken seal, the split seam, or the wrong item next to the packing slip. If the problem cannot be photographed, describe it and we will work from that.
- The lot code. It is printed on the package or on the bottle, usually near the date. It tells us which batch the item came from. If the same fault turns up on the same lot for other people, we look at the batch rather than at each claim on its own.
You do not need the original packaging to make a claim, and you do not need to have kept the box.
6What happens after you claim
- We reply, usually within two business days, and we tell you what we are doing.
- Most of the time the photograph is enough and we send a replacement or a refund straight away. You should not have to go without the product while we look into it.
- If we do need the item back, we send you a prepaid label. When the cause is ours, you never pay to send something back to us.
- If your claim tells us something about a batch, we say so, and if it turns into a recall or a safety notice we contact you about that separately, whether or not your own claim is already settled.
7What this warranty does not cover
We would rather be specific about this than hide behind a general disclaimer, so here is the whole list.
- Normal wear. A reusable item that has been used for months and shows it is worn, not defective.
- Used up. A consumable you have used up in ordinary use. That is the product doing its job.
- Misuse and modification. Damage from misuse, from modifying or taking the item apart, from cleaning it in a way the instructions warn against, from using it with something it was not made for, or from an accident after it reached you.
- Loss after delivery. Something you have lost, or something taken after it was delivered to you. A parcel that never arrived is a completely different matter and it is not your loss to carry: tell us and we investigate it with the carrier under the Shipping Policy.
- Cosmetic marks. A scuff, a mark or a slight difference in color that does not affect how the item works.
- Bought from someone else. A product you bought somewhere other than from us. That seller's terms and the manufacturer's warranty are what apply, and we will still tell you what we know about the product if it helps you.
8Your rights under state law
This warranty adds to your rights. It does not replace them.
The law of your state gives you rights we cannot shorten by writing a document, including the warranties that come with a sale whether or not anybody writes them down. Where anything here would leave you with less than your state gives you, your state's law is what applies.
Some states do not allow a limit on how long an implied warranty lasts, and some do not allow certain kinds of damages to be excluded. If you live in one of them, those limits do not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
Nothing here asks you to give up a right that the law of your state says cannot be given up.
9Recalls, and telling us something is unsafe
If a product we sold you caused a reaction or an injury, or you think it is unsafe, stop using it, keep what is left of it and the packaging if you can, and tell us. Write to support@nefense.com with the words Safety Report in the subject line.
That is a safety report, not a warranty claim, and we treat it as one. A person reads it, we come back to you, and we keep the record whether or not you want anything replaced or refunded. Asking for a refund never closes a safety report, and telling us about a safety problem never costs you your warranty.
Nothing in this document limits a recall, a safety notice, or a remedy we owe you because a product was unsafe.
10Where this warranty applies
This warranty applies to products we sold you and delivered to an address in the United States. We ship within the United States.
It applies to you as the person who bought the product. If you were given it as a gift, tell us who ordered it and when, and we will treat you as the buyer rather than sending you back to them.
11Changes to this document
We update this document when what we do changes, when the law changes, or when we find wording that is unclear. Every version is kept, and each one records the date it took effect.
How you find out depends on how much changed. A correction that does not change your rights is simply published. A change that does affect your rights is announced before it takes effect. A change that materially alters what you agreed to is not applied to you by silence: we ask you to accept it, and continuing to browse the site is not treated as acceptance.
If you want a copy of an earlier version, or want to know what changed and when, write to support@nefense.com and we will send it to you.
