How long does one tab last?

Each pair of tabs is designed for a single use of up to 12 hours. For the best adhesion and hygiene, we recommend using a fresh pair for each night of sleep or intense workout session.

How do I apply the tabs correctly?

Wash and thoroughly dry the outside of your nose. Apply the tabs just above the flare of your nostrils, pressing firmly for a few seconds. Wait about 3-5 minutes for the adhesive to fully set before applying your magnetic band.

Does this include the magnetic band?

No, this 30-count pack contains only the disposable adhesive tabs. If you don't have the reusable Intake magnetic band yet, you will need to purchase our Starter Kit first.
