Yes. You can find the exact expiration date printed on the bottom of all Nefense boxes. However, to ensure maximum freshness and efficacy, we recommend using the spray within 30 days once the bottle has been opened.
The Nefense Stack is a two-step routine designed to support open, comfortable airways and a fresher nasal environment.
- Step 1: Use XyloClean to help loosen nasal buildup and prime the nasal passages with gentle hydration.

We have formulated specific HOCl concentrations for different stages of life:
